My one-on-one coaching is beautifully unique. I fuse my education in Nutritional Therapy with my deep experience in how to start actually loving your self. One-on-one coaching is the most intimate way to work with me. We work together for 6 months and throughout the time you will be supported in all areas of your life outside of just what you are eating. We will be diving into all aspects of your life – the physical, the mental, and the emotional.
