THE UPLIFTED SERIES is my Women’s Book Club/Nutrition Coaching Program!
For women who are interested in:
- Self Growth & Love
My goal with this program is to cultivate an intimate setting where women can connect with one another and feel comfortable opening up and sharing conversion about the intricate details of our lives – our relationships, our self image, our troubles, our successes, our desires, our goals…
Each session is 6 weeks long.
Over the course of the 6 weeks, we read one book together on a selected health/wellness topic. We then meet every week for 75 minutes to discuss the assigned reading, along with other related topics.
Weekly handouts are given out with information related to the reading, and each week we discuss aspects of the book, journal, and work on specific habits and goals.
By the end of the six weeks a strong bond between the ladies has been formed, and every one has had the opportunity to cultivate a plethora of new healthy habits/strategies to incorporate into their every day lives.
